We provide product photography services to any business for project-based work. Along with professional product photography, we do ALL post-processing tasks. We are happy to re-photograph, re-retouch & re-work every step only as you have asked for.

Get the right photography for products and use it on any website right away. We provide images for websites (e.g. JPG, PNG) & print (e.g. TIF, PDF) as per specifications. You can also get images with the full format and full quality, pure white background with shadow, complete photo-post production to remove dust, blemishes, & basic retouch, ready-to-use for e-commerce websites.

Fill out the Order form with your project details, photography instructions and contact info.

Reviewing your instructions, concerns, and idea; we will share sample photo, time and pricing.

Carefully pack your products and ship the best product to our studio address with your Tracking ID no.

4. Photo Shoot

Receive your products on-hand and payment; we start photoshoot as per instructions.

5. Approve Photo

After photography, we send images as you asked for your approval and continue retouching.

6. Return Product

Upon image approval, we return the product to your address and close your order.

1. What makes Color Shutter a PRO photographer?

We provide professional photography and photo editing services, which guarantee high-quality photos ready-to-use for e-commerce websites and ready-to-print. We will create striking product photos to the exact specification at our production studio. Also, we deliver outstanding images super quickly, and our support is always prompt to respond. 2. What’s the revision policy?

We are more than happy to revise an image due to a mistake on our part only. If you demand additional work after retouching is done, you will be charged extra for retouching. However, we will NOT reshoot for any reason after you have approved the sample images. In the case of retouching the photo, we offer unlimited redo until the quality is met as per your instructions, and this redo is free of charge.

3. Do you do a reshoot if there’s a problem?

Yes, of course, we always try to make sure the images reflect precisely what you need- we do NOT charge for a reshoot if we missed out on some key points mentioned in the quote or instructions to us until the approval of sample images. However, we charge a small fee for reshooting something that you hadn’t informed us or not mentioned in the quote.

4. Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, we do. You can get your images earlier than the regular processing time, but extra charges will be applied.

1. Do you offer product prep as a service?

Yes, absolutely. Product preparation for the photoshoot is an essential part of the photography process there, so we ensure the product is looking at its best shape and form before it is placed in front of the camera. Color Shutter will NOT take any responsibilities if the shipped product is damaged somehow while shipment of product/photographing the product/at our studio.

2. Do you also offer graphics overlays and infographics?

Yes, to ALL extent you want! We are a professional photography studio, and we also have expert Photoshop designers and a well-equipped retouching company. Therefore, you don’t have to go to another company for photo-post processing. Our edited pictures are ready-to-use for the website, e-commerce, and print. Also, you can get only photo retouching services from us.

3. Can I request a prop, model, or location?

Absolutely, you can. Send us a message with your request, and we’ll let you know if we can provide it. If applicable, we’ll quote additional costs.

4. Can you help me if I don’t know what angle or types are the best for product photography?

Yes, we will certainly help you! Our experts will analyze your product strengths (and weakness), the market, your competitors, and we ensure you to make your product photos stand out among the competition!

Work Process

1. What is your work process?

We start product photography by getting your concerns/ideas/thoughts - to capture photos the way you prefer. Once we get your ‘go-ahead’ signal to move forward, we ask that you send us your product. Once the product has been received, we begin photography! Alternatively, visit the “work process” page for a better understanding of our photography steps.

2. How do I ship my product to you? How does shipping work?

Once we’ve decided to move ahead with the project, we will share our shipping details with you. You are responsible for making sure the product arrives securely and without any scratches/spots/destructions. It is recommended to place the order after we receive the product. Moreover, project time counts once your product has arrived.

3. Do you return the products?

Yes. If you want the product to be returned, please return labels must be included with it. Otherwise, we generally donate the products to the local community. Moreover, return shipping is not included in the cost of photography pricing. So, returning charges will be on you (the client).

4. How long does it take for you to shoot the pictures?

Five working days. However, we usually do it in less time. Mainly, time depends on the number of projects are running right now and the queue of photography orders.

5. How do I ship my product to you?

To deliver your product to our studio, you can send it via any courier, whichever is easy for you, e.g., Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedEx, PaperFly and so on. Color Shutter will NOT carry any form of charges for the product shipment. You (the client) MUST bear all the shipment charges.

6. What happens with the product after the shooting?

If you ask for post-processing work, we will retouch the images after the photoshoot. Alternatively, if you want only camera RAW photos, we will return your product after the photoshoot. If you didn’t request to return after the shooting, it would be donated after two weeks.


1. How much do you charge for photography suggestions?

We don’t charge for the photography suggestions or consultancy services. It’s just free for you!

2. Why do I need to contact you before placing an order?

Every product photography is different. Moreover, the diversity of photography depends on the market and where you use the image. Also, some photos may require additional preparation and manual prep work. Lastly, we want to portray your requirements into images; therefore, we need to know your concern before place the order.

3. I need a model to wear my product. Can you do that?

Color Shutter doesn’t provide any model services for photography. You (the client) should take full responsibility and charges on your behalf. As our client, you need to hire professional models (male and female), carry the model photography charges and manage the schedule between our photographer and model.

4. Can you show me more examples of the work you have done?

Of course! We have a Portfolio with a variety of our previous work listed on our website ‘Portfolio’ page. Have a glimpse of our photography. Or request for our portfolio via the contact us page.

5. Do you send PSD or RAW files?

Yes, we will deliver your final images as you ask for. We provide images with high-quality that you can upload straight onto your website and print. An extra charge will be applicable.

6. How long will my order take?

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days from when the product Arrives at our studio. Rush delivery options may be available on request. 7. Do you offer Discounts?

Our prices here on the website are already the minimum prices and the best you will find as per our quality. However, for bulk orders, you will get a fantastic discount or flat-rate fee.

8. Will I receive exclusive rights to the images taken?

Absolutely, you have every copyright to use all the product photography you receive the photos anywhere. That being said, we reserve the right to use any images taken for use in our professional portfolio, brochure or on our website, but we might ask your permission at first.
